Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Director to lead a single-site operation inside a correctional facility. You will direct kitchen activities, manage an Assistant Director and/or cooks, and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

You will report to the District Manager and must hold ServSafe certification plus strong leadership and budgeting skills; open availability is required including some weekends and holidays, on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food preparation and service according to site plan.
• Hire, orient, train, and address performance of team members.
• Review payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
• Ensure staff are trained in safety and sanitation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and menu planning.
• Ensure proper storage of food items and product quality.
• Maintain sanitary environment per health codes.
• Prepare onsite reports of daily/monthly activity and finances.
• Support inspections and maintain ServSafe certification.
