Job summary

Metz Culinary Management is seeking a Rock Star Food Service Director/GM to lead a busy commercial kitchen and café operation. This role requires a polished, professional leader with proven experience directing front and back-of-house teams, and a drive for excellence in food quality and guest service.

You will oversee menus, purchasing, staffing, scheduling, sanitation, and client relations, reporting to the District Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Food Service Manager role (front and back)
• Knowledgeable in Retail Sales and POS systems
• Catering Management Experience
• Impeccable Communication Skills
• Restaurant Management knowledge
• Thorough knowledge of Menu implementation with stunning presentation ideas
• Team Building with strong Recruiting and Retention Program
• Technology Savvy
• Hospitality Degree a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall food service operations and ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
• Institute company cycle menus and recipes; plan and oversee purchasing, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Oversee food preparation service, sanitation, and staff training; ensure compliance with standards.
• Build and maintain client relations and reporting to District Manager.
