Lunds & Byerlys Highland Bridge is seeking a Part-time Food Service Cook to enhance the shopping experience. The role offers a part-time schedule with shifts from 2:00pm to 10:00pm and a competitive wage of $18.50–$20.50 per hour.

The store operates daily from 6:00am to 10:00pm. Key duties include deli preparation, customer assistance, slicing meats and cheeses, stocking, sanitation, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year cooking experience in deli or food service.
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

Lunds & Byerlys Highland Bridge is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing Part-time Food Service Cook to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a part-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $18.50 - $20.50/hr.

We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 2:00pm - 10:00pm.

FOOD SERVICE COOK RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Food Service Cooks are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Preparing chef-created deli recipes
• Greeting and assisting customers
• Slicing deli meats, cheeses, and breads
• Stocking, rotating, and staging deli merchandise to ensure quality and freshness
• Creating a welcoming and safe environment
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the department

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education:
   1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Experience:
   1. Customer service experience preferred
   2. Minimum of one (1) years cooking experience in deli or food service
3. Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
   1. Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification
   2. Communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
