Lunds & Byerlys Prior Lake is seeking a part-time Food Service Cook to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll work 2:00pm–10:00pm shifts and earn $19.00–$20.50/hr.

Responsibilities include preparing deli recipes, greeting customers, slicing meats and cheeses, stocking products, and maintaining a clean, welcoming department. The ideal candidate is team oriented, respectful, innovative, and hospitable, with prior customer service and cooking experience in a deli or food service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year cooking experience in deli or food service.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification and follow instructions.

Job description

Lunds & Byerlys Prior Lake is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing part-time Food Service Cook to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a part-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $19.00-$20.50/hr.

We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 2:00pm-10:00pm.

Food Service Cook Responsibilities

• Preparing chef-created deli recipes
• Greeting and assisting customers
• Slicing deli meats, cheeses, and breads
• Stocking, rotating, and staging deli merchandise to ensure quality and freshness
• Creating a welcoming and safe environment
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the department

Minimum Qualifications
