Job summary

Lunds & Byerlys Prior Lake is seeking a Part-time Food Service Clerk to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers. The role offers a part-time schedule with shifts from 12:00pm to 10:00pm and an hourly wage of $17.00-$19.00.

You will greet customers, slice and price deli items, stock and maintain freshness, and keep the department clean and welcoming. Experience in deli or food service and a Food Safety Certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in deli or food service.
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification.

Lunds & Byerlys Prior Lake is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing Part-time Food Service Clerk to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a Part-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $17.00 - $19.00/hr.

We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 12:00pm - 10:00pm.

FOOD SERVICE CLERK RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Food Service Clerks are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Slicing deli meats, cheeses, and breads
• Wrapping, weighing, and pricing deli items accurately
• Stocking, rotating, and staging deli merchandise to ensure quality and freshness
• Creating a welcoming and safe environment
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the department

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

   1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Experience:
   1. Customer service experience preferred
   2. Minimum of one (1) year experience in deli or food service

   1. Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification
