Responsibilities

• Prepare tableside items and anticipates guest needs.
• Maintain stations and restock as needed.
• Explain menu items and specials to guests.
• Memorize menu and pairings to recommend dishes.
• Ensure quality of food and service.
• Assist with setup for large groups and events.
• Adhere to SOPs for paperwork, cash, and auditing.
