Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor is seeking a Food Server Assistant (Busser) to join our team. You will support the Food Server, help deliver exceptional guest experiences, and contribute to smooth, fast-paced service in a busy hotel restaurant.

This full-time role offers morning and evening shifts 6:00 AM–12:30 PM and 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, weekend and holiday availability, competitive benefits after 30 days, and opportunities for growth through Hyatt's training programs.

Qualificações

• A true desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• 1-2 yrs. hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
• Morning and evening shifts 6:00 AM–12:30 PM and 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Run food orders and support general restaurant preparation.
• Maintain sanitary service stations, stock, and equipment organization.
