Job summary

Baltimore Country Club is looking for an energetic Server Assistant/ Food Runner to join our Food & Beverage team. You’ll help create memorable dining experiences for members and guests by supporting servers and keeping service areas running smoothly.

This entry‑level role requires availability days, nights, weekends and holidays. You’ll set and reset tables, assist with food delivery, and maintain a neat, welcoming dining room; prior bussing or runner experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bussing or runner experience preferred but not required.
• Professional attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of food, beer, wine, or spirits is a plus.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Available days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age 16; year-round, flexible availability required.

Responsibilities

• Set, clear, and reset tables with care.
• Greet Members and Guests with a friendly smile.
• Assist servers with food and beverage delivery.
• Keep dining areas neat, stocked, and ready for service.
