Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Guest Services/Outlet Support role at the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor. You will assist the Outlet Manager and Restaurant Servers to maintain a clean, welcoming dining area and deliver stellar guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include clearing tables, stocking stations, serving beverages and bread, and transporting used wares to the dish area.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and transport up to 150 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.
• Ability to adapt communication style to supervisors, coworkers and guests.

Responsibilities

• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Serve guests with beverages, bread, and butter and replenish as needed.
• Transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
