Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor is seeking a Bistro 300 Server to join our team. This full-time role involves serving guests in a full-service restaurant/lounge, delivering menu knowledge and recommendations, and maintaining a clean, sanitary dining area.

Ideal candidates have prior server or cocktail experience, strong verbal communication, and stamina to stand for long periods. Shifts are 3:00pm-11:30pm or 4:00pm-12:30am, including weekends and holidays, with an hourly rate of $10.36.

What You’ll Do:

Restaurant servers are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings. A Hyatt restaurant server will engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment. If you have experience as a server in a restaurant, we’d love to hear from you!

This is a full-time position with a schedule that requires afternoon/evening shifts from 3:00pm-11:30pm or 4:00pm-12:30am including weekends and holidays. Hourly rate for this position is $10.36.
