Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Food Busser I at the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor in Baltimore, MD. This on-site role supports the Outlet Manager and servers, maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment and assisting with guest service.

The position requires physical mobility, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and reliable attendance. Competitive hourly pay and access to HEI benefits are offered as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck up to 150 lbs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen, and condiments.
• Serve guests with beverages, bread, and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
• Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
