Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor is seeking a Bistro 300 Server to join our team. This full-time role involves serving guests in a full-service restaurant/lounge, delivering menu knowledge and recommendations, and maintaining a clean, sanitary dining area.

Ideal candidates have prior server or cocktail experience, strong verbal communication, and stamina to stand for long periods. Shifts are 3:00pm-11:30pm or 4:00pm-12:30am, including weekends and holidays, with an hourly rate of $10.36.

Qualifications

• Experience serving in a fast-paced restaurant preferred.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
• Availability for afternoon/evening shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take guest menu selections and present food and beverage preferences with recommendations.
• Engage guests and create the restaurant experience through service style.
• Maintain a sanitary dining area and assist with general restaurant prep.
• Support timing and flow during peak periods and busy service.
