Job summary

Pikes Peak State College is seeking a dedicated Single Stop Food Pantry Coordinator to lead campus operations, coordinate staff and student employees, and strengthen partnerships with local nonprofits. The role focuses on data, budgeting, and community outreach to support students’ basic needs.

The coordinator will promote the program across campus, manage grants, and ensure effective reporting while collaborating with campus departments to raise awareness and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Two years of professional experience in program coordination, project management, operations, or social services.
• Experience coordinating initiatives or programs involving multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrable ability to manage projects, budgets, and operational processes.
• Demonstrable understanding of food security in general or college student food security specifically.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Single Stop program on campus, supporting its operations and goals.
• Collaborate with the Director and Student Resource Specialist to onboard students and promote the program.
• Maintain partnerships with community agencies, nonprofits, and vendors.
• Track expenses and oversee grants and program funding.
• Coordinate data collection, reporting, and assessment activities.
• Represent the program in meetings and strengthen referral systems across campus.
