Seminole State College of Florida seeks a part-time Coordinator, Holistic Student Support to manage the campus food pantry and clothing closet, supporting students with basic needs and connecting them to campus and community resources.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from a regionally or nationally accredited institution in Social Work, Education, Public Health, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of campus food pantry and clothing closet.
• Assist students with pantry services, check-in/out, and maintain confidentiality.
• Manage inventory tracking and restocking of food, clothing, and supplies.
• Coordinate receipt, organization, and distribution of donated and purchased items.
• Serve as liaison with community partners and nonprofits for collaboration.
• Maintain a clean, safe pantry environment following health and safety procedures.
• Provide basic needs support and connect students with campus/community resources.
• Document student services, referrals, and program activities for reporting.
• Schedule and coordinate logistics for nonprofit partners in Raider CARE Village.
• Collect program data and track participation outcomes for assessment.
• Support outreach by promoting pantry services at events and through materials.
• Collaborate with campus departments to increase awareness of basic needs resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
