Pikes Peak State College is seeking a dedicated Single Stop Food Pantry Coordinator to lead campus operations, coordinate staff and student employees, and strengthen partnerships with local nonprofits. The role focuses on data, budgeting, and community outreach to support students’ basic needs.
The coordinator will promote the program across campus, manage grants, and ensure effective reporting while collaborating with campus departments to raise awareness and referrals.

The Single Stop Coordinator provides program coordination, operational leadership, and project management support for the Single Stop department.
This role focuses on program operations, staff coordination, community partnerships, budgets, and oversight of grant-supported initiatives.
The primary responsibility of the Single Stop Coordinator is to assist the Director of Single Stop Services overseeing the program and community tables. The coordinator will work in collaboration with Student Resource Specialist to effectively onboard students to the program. The coordinator will promote Single Stop to the campus community (e.g., workshops, class presentations, meetings, etc.). Perform data collection, tracking, reporting, retention data on students who utilize Single Stop.
Professional level experience is defined by the Colorado Division of Human Resources: A position that involves the exercise of discretion, analytical skill, judgment, personal accountability, and responsibility for creating, developing, integrating, applying, or sharing an organized body of knowledge. Colorado revised statute (C.R.S. 24-50-135(1) allows colleges to exempt positions from the State Personnel Classified System that are determined to be professional level work.

Pikes Peak State College offers a generous amount of annual leave and sick leave. Depending on your employment category and full or part-time status, Pikes Peak State College offers 15 hours a month of annual leave and 10 hours a month of sick leave accrual. There are paid holidays and alternate paid holidays which allow the college to be closed Christmas Day through New Year's Day. Eligibility is defined by your employment FTE status.
