Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of USDA and OSHA regulations.
• Understanding of HACCP and QA principles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage QA technicians, including training and performance management.
• Ensure products meet standards, perform inspections and tests, monitor processes.
• Ensure USDA compliance, monitor sanitation and food safety practices, implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of quality tests, audits and data.
• Communicate quality data with QA, production and USDA personnel.
• Train employees on quality and food safety procedures.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions.
