Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a hands-on FSQA Supervisor for a growing food manufacturing facility. You will oversee quality assurance, food safety programs, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement on the production floor.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in QA/QC or food safety in food manufacturing, with HACCP, GMPs, and experience with BRCGS/SQF/FSSC. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years QA/QC or food safety in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, sanitation, allergen controls, and food safety regulations.
• Experience with BRCGS, SQF, FSSC 22000 or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve food safety and quality systems including certification programs (BRCGS/SQF/FSSC).
• Maintain HACCP plans, GMPs, SOPs, sanitation programs, allergen controls, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, state and customer requirements.
• Lead internal, customer and third-party audits; oversee CAPAs.
