Job summary

Acorn Ridge Casino in Plymouth, CA is seeking a Food Runner to support restaurant service by delivering food promptly, keeping dining areas clean, and assisting servers in a fast-paced casino environment.

You will work nights, weekends, holidays and events, and must meet tribal licensing requirements. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required. You must be 21 or older to work at Acorn Ridge Casino.

• Comply with all tribal, casino, and departmental rules and regulations.

• Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service to all guests.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Description

The Food Runner is responsible for supporting restaurant service by delivering food promptly, maintaining clean and organized dining areas, and assisting servers to ensurean exceptionalguest experience. This position plays a vital role in fast-paced casino dining environments and must adhere to all tribal gaming, safety, and hospitalitystandards.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Must be able to obtain and maintain all required casino and tribal licenses or permits

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to lift and carry trays, bus tubs, and items weighing up to 25–40 pounds

Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions

Ability to work in a noisy, crowded environment

Schedule Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Compliance & Licensing
