Job summary

Acorn Ridge Casino in Plymouth, CA is seeking a part-time Restaurant Server to provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced tribal casino dining room. You will take orders, input them into the POS, serve meals, and handle payments while upholding gaming and alcohol service rules.

Requirements include prior restaurant or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to obtain/maintain gaming licenses. Must be 21+ and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license(s)
• Alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain within required timeframe )

Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions
• Check guest satisfaction throughout service and resolve concerns appropriately
• Process guest payments accurately, including cash, credit, and comps
• Follow all alcohol service laws and casino gaming regulations
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
• Work cooperatively with kitchen staff, hosts, and fellow servers
• Respect and uphold tribal culture, values, and guest service standards
• Perform side work and opening/closing duties as assigned
