Job summary

AGUA CALIENTE CASINO RANCHO MIRAGE is seeking a Food & Beverage Support role to assist servers in expediting orders from kitchen to tables and to prepare service carts for transport.

The candidate should identify menu items by sight, know descriptions, and recognize table numbers. This on-site position requires high-quality guest service and adherence to tribal regulations and internal controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in expediting food items from kitchen to guest tables.
• Prepare service carts and trays for transport.
• Identify all menu items by sight and know descriptions; recognize table numbers and seating positions.
• Maintain F&B areas to company standards and regulations, and compliant with applicable rules.
• Stay updated on property events and hours of operation for all F&B outlets.
• May be assigned to Food & Beverage workstations of the casino and/or hotel.
• Provide excellent guest service.
• Adhere to Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Also, may be subjected to a smoke-filled environment.The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
