THE ONE GROUP is seeking a Food Runner in Nashville to deliver an elevated guest experience by ensuring food is delivered quickly, accurately, and beautifully presented. You will work closely with the kitchen and service teams to maintain a smooth flow of food from the kitchen to guests.

You will uphold THE ONE GROUP’s quality standards, know the full menu, and communicate with servers while assisting with service tasks.

Qualifications

• A strong work ethic and team-player mentality.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and delivering food promptly and correctly.
• Stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and carry large trays.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic English proficiency for communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food is prepared and delivered according to THE ONE GROUP’s quality standards.
• Possess full menu knowledge and describe dishes to guests.
• Maintain awareness of table numbers, seat assignments, and floor plans for efficient service.
• Follow proper service procedures when delivering food, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
• Offer condiments and accompaniments when appropriate.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Assist servers and bussers with guest requests and service needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations to ensure food safety and cleanliness.
• Be available to assist in restaurant setup, cleaning, and general service tasks.
