Job summary

The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee's Mason Street Grill is seeking a friendly team member for a part-time, hourly role. You will deliver meals from kitchen to guests, coordinate with servers and kitchen staff, and help maintain an inviting dining room environment.

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required. You must be flexible for evenings, weekends, holidays, and events; benefits include a complimentary meal each shift, hotel and partner discounts, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and guest-service mindset.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders quickly and accurately from kitchen to guests while maintaining quality and presentation.
• Coordinate with servers, chefs, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Assist in maintaining dining room cleanliness and resetting tables.
• Verify orders for accuracy, including modifications and dietary requests.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions and respond promptly to guest needs.
