Job summary

Mason Street Grill at The Pfister Hotel in downtown Milwaukee is seeking passionate hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in a vibrant setting.

You will learn the menu, take orders, build guest relationships, and maintain a clean, organized station while adhering to safety standards; previous serving experience is preferred and evenings/weekends are common.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage guests and teammates.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Previous restaurant serving experience preferred; wine/beverage knowledge a plus.
