Job summary

The Pfister Hotel, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, in Milwaukee, WI, seeks an energetic hospitality associate for a part-time, hourly role. You will deliver orders from the kitchen, provide attentive guest service, and help keep dining areas welcoming and well-prepared.

What You Will Be Doing

• Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
• Provide warm, attentive service by assisting guests and responding to requests with professionalism and hospitality.
• Support café operations by maintaining clean, organized dining areas and ensuring tables are properly set and stocked.
• Collaborate with servers, hosts, and culinary teams to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold The Pfister Hotel's luxury hospitality standards by creating memorable experiences for every guest.
