Job summary

The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee seeks a part-time, hourly team member to deliver exceptional in-room dining service in our premiere luxury hotel, maintaining our gracious service and impeccable style. You will present, deliver, and set up food and beverage orders, ensure accuracy and presentation, and respond promptly to guest needs with a polished, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service with a professional, friendly, and polished demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry food trays, carts, and supplies up to 30-50 pounds.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-room dining service by presenting, delivering, and setting up food and beverage orders.
• Ensure orders are prepared, transported, and presented with attention to detail.
• Provide professional and personalized guest service by responding to requests and answering menu questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment.
• Process guest checks and payments; coordinate with kitchen and hotel teams.
