Job summary

The Pfister Hotel in downtown Milwaukee is seeking a part-time Food Service Attendant to deliver meals and provide warm, attentive guest care with a focus on luxury hospitality. You'll work with servers and culinary teams to ensure accurate orders, prompt service, and a seamless dining experience, while upholding the hotel's celebrated standards and gracious service that guests remember.

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, customer service, or food service experience preferred.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift or carry up to 25–30 lbs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
