Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Current Food Handler certification required.
• Unlawful Harassment training certificates required.
• Possess a genuine love of hospitality and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Extend a genuine welcome to guests.
• Knowledge of seating patterns, table and seat numbers.
• Be aware of new seated guests and incoming orders; communicate with expeditor and chef.
• Carry complete dishes from the kitchen pass to guests' tables as directed by the expeditor.
• Move through the restaurant in a safe, orderly manner to protect dish integrity.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Ettan + Copra + Eylan dishes and potential allergens.
• Scan the dining room for guests needing attention; coordinate with service staff as needed.
• Clear dishes to the dish station; provide missing silverware when delivering food.
• Report discrepancies with orders or dishes to the Chef, Expeditor, Server or FOH management.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen pass area and restaurant.
• Work as a team with floor staff to ensure the best guest service.
• Assist with preparing the kitchen pass for service, organizing and cleaning
• Runner side work: maintain clean plate wipes, stock paper rolls and ink, silverware, take out paper trash
