Job summary

Regency Hotel Management is hiring a Food Runner to act as the bridge between kitchen, front-of-house and guests, delivering dishes promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation quality.

You will coordinate with servers and bartenders, manage the kitchen ticket counter, and synchronize meal courses so every plate for a table arrives together. The role requires lifting up to 60 lbs and standing for long periods, with day/evening shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent vocational training.
• Attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work with others.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests and liaise between kitchen, servers and guests.
• Organize finished dishes, ensure order accuracy and presentation quality.
• Coordinate cooking times so meals for a table are served together.
• Relay special requests between front and back of house.
