• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing solutions or escalating issues to management as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to assist in customer inquiries and recommendations.
• Support the wait staff in refilling drinks, clearing tables, and resetting for new guests.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and hygienic dining environment.

Job Purpose: The Food Runner is responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of food orders from the kitchen to the dining area, providing excellent customer service and supporting the wait staff in maintaining a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities
