Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving operations and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Staff the receiving department to meet objectives and allocate tasks.
• Receive, count, inspect, and verify deliveries; print pallet labels with RF scanner.
• Complete Receiving Checklists and attach required documents (BOL, pack list, COA).
• Store and rotate stock (FIFO); ensure bulk ingredients and silos are accurate.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and pallet inverter; maintain organized area.
• Forecast, plan, and enter bulk ingredient requests into Business Central; coordinate with Procurement.
• Train receivers and communicate with vendors and internal teams.
