Job summary

Klosterman Baking Company in Hebron, KY is seeking a Production Utility for regular full-time hours on the 2nd shift (2:30pm-11am). You will operate equipment, inspect products, and help ensure food safety and quality across all tasks on the line.

The role requires teamwork, adherence to GMPs, and the ability to stand, lift, and perform duties throughout long shifts. Training and safety procedures are provided as part of the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Able to operate equipment and follow food safety and quality standards.
• Willing to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product for uniformity and quality prior to packaging.
• Sort and handle trays, operate tray washer and pan stackers.
• Assist in production changeovers and maintain a clean, sanitary work area.
• Report quality issues and machine problems promptly.
• Work rotating duties as assigned by supervision and stay on schedule.
