Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the third shift to oversee daily operations at our Hebron, KY facility. You will direct team activities, ensure orders are picked, packed and scanned accurately, and maintain safety and inventory controls in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include training staff, coordinating with supervision, and ensuring compliance with Crane SOPs while using RF-scanning tools and forklifts to move goods on-site.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Three or more years of related experience.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Directs work of other team members as instructed by the team supervisor.
• Ensure customer orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Perform inventory counts as directed and make adjustments when needed and authorized.
• Monitor compliance of safety and security procedures.
• Load and unload materials using forklift or other equipment.
• Scan freight via warehouse management system with RF equipment.
