Aufgaben

• Perform finished product analytical testing to ensure specifications.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of all laboratory equipment and maintain Good Laboratory Practices.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections of the production equipment.
• Ensure the effectiveness of the cleaning practices by conducting swabbing tests for allergens and gluten.
• Perform and document in-process checks according to specification and food safety and quality requirements.
• Ensure good manufacturing practices are being adhered to on the production floor.
• Complete facility inspections, document and verify corrective actions.
• Ensure production records, batch documentation, and quality logs are complete and accurate.
• Collect, maintain, and document product retains.
• Conduct initial investigations for quality and/or food safety deviations.
• Place product on hold and support disposition decisions when nonconformances are identified.
