Job summary

Operation Support Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support day-to-day quality control on the production floor.

You will inspect packages, verify compliance with specifications, and maintain accurate records while following food safety plans. The role requires at least 2 years of QA experience in a regulated food or dietary supplement environment, a High School Diploma, and the ability to work Monday through Friday with potential weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in inspections and recordkeeping.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of materials, products, and paperwork to verify specifications.
• Create and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Conduct lab tests and seal tests as required.
• Perform line clearance, lot clearance, and 1st piece inspections.
• Notify supervisors promptly when non-conformances are identified.
• Conduct quality checks for foreign material and verify tests on pallets for shipping.
• Assist in developing quality control specifications and procedures.
• Promote a strong quality culture and ensure adherence to safety.
