Job summary

DecoPac, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control / QA Inspector to join our food manufacturing team in Washington. You will perform inspections, calibrations, and sanitation monitoring to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

This full-time role requires 1–2 years in quality assurance in food manufacturing, familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and related standards, and strong attention to detail. Health benefits eligible after 30 days; shift 1:00 PM–9:30 PM with a $2.00 differential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Quality Control/Quality Assurance experience in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GFSI, HACCP, BRC, FDA, Kosher compliance.
• Meticulous attention to detail and good organization.
• Ability to read documentation and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections and audits across production areas.
• Conduct calibration checks on equipment according to a schedule.
• Document inspection results promptly and report concerns.
• Monitor sanitation and GMP compliance; report deviations.
• Assist QA, R&D, and Regulatory projects as needed.
• Support monthly sanitation inspections and report issues.
