Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Coshocton, OH is seeking a skilled Quality/Sanitation technician who will ensure products are produced and tested to specification while complying with HACCP, TQC, SSOP and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include reviewing pre-op documentation, calibrating lab equipment, performing testing and disposition of suspect product, conducting water quality analyses, and maintaining lab records.

The role also acts as emergency back-up for the Quality department.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HACCP, TQC, SSOP and regulatory requirements.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Teamwork and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review pre-op and other documentation and follow up.
• Calibrate lab equipment; tag, test and disposition suspect product.
• Perform water quality analyses and product compliance testing.
• Maintain lab supplies inventory and data entry for quality records.
• Serve as emergency back-up for other Quality department representatives.
• Assist with miscellaneous quality tasks as assigned.
