Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document quality control inspections throughout the production process.
• Monitor employee personal hygiene and GMP compliance.
• Collect samples for laboratory and sensory testing.
• Perform and document equipment calibration activities.
• Identify and investigate product or process non-conformities.
• Coordinate with regulatory and USDA inspection personnel as required.
• Assist with training production and QA employees on quality and food safety procedures.
• Support technical projects, special inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
• Communicate quality concerns and findings to appropriate production and QA personnel.
