• Experience leading teams in production/manufacturing.
• Ability to motivate others to meet production goals.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing schedules.
• Positive self-starter with strong communication skills.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Machine Setup and Operation Guide in the Instruction Manual for assigned area.
• Train associates as outlined in the Work Instructions.
• Ensure associates leave/return from breaks on time; enforce GMPs and keep cell phones/personal items away from work area.
• Move associates to different areas within the Food Production Department as needed by business needs.
• Familiarity with product specs and contact QA if specs are incorrect or missing.
• Maintain production quality/quantity and labor standards for the area.
• Follow procedures and SOPs for metal detection.
• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by Food Production Management.
