Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise associates in the assigned area.
• Train associates according to Work Instructions.
• Ensure breaks and lunches are taken on time and attire complies with GMPs; enforce no personal devices in work area.
• Move associates between areas based on business needs.
• Familiarity with product specs and contact QA if specs are incorrect or missing.
• Maintain production quality and labor standards for the area.
• Follow SOPs for metal detection.
• Perform any additional responsibilities from Food Production Management.
