Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Production Supervisor to guide a 10-15 member team in a fast-paced food production facility in Hawaii. You will ensure GMPs and HACCP compliance, train staff, delegate tasks, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency improvements across the line.

You will collaborate with leads, supervisors, and managers to plan production schedules, manage inventory using WMS, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while meeting deadlines and continuous improvement goals.

Qualifications

• Lead a team of 10-15 staff.
• Ensure GMPs, HACCP, and food safety are followed.
• Train, motivate and manage subordinates.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model of company values and foster teamwork.
• Direct, delegate and schedule tasks to ensure on-time production.
• Ensure adherence to GMPs, food safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and proper PPE usage.
• Coordinate with management to plan production schedules and improve processes.
• Assist in inventory management and use WMS for movement and cycle counts.
• Support training and cross-training per matrix and rotation plan.
