Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily production and maintenance activities to meet goals.
• Communicate priorities with foremen and team members.
• Create team assignments and set expectations for workflow.
• Monitor schedules, resources, and workforce capacity; adjust as needed.
• Maintain appropriate levels of supplies to support daily operations.
• Track department performance and implement corrective actions.
• Lead start-up meetings and maintain ongoing shift communication.
• Engage on the floor to support employees and answer questions.
• Ensure quality standards are met across all processes.
• Train staff on safety, equipment operation, and roles.
