Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Wisconsin (Cudahy) is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift. This full-time, direct-hire role leads production employees on the floor to meet targets while upholding quality and safety standards.

You will perform daily floor inspections, lead safety audits, and ensure HACCP/USDA compliance. The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading and training staff or managing a process/project.
• Food or beverage manufacturing background; logistics/warehouse acceptable.
• Strong oral and written communication with problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production employees on the floor to meet targets on time and with high quality.
• Perform daily floor inspections and address unsafe conditions immediately.
• Lead safety audits and ensure HACCP and USDA compliance.
• Track yields, efficiencies, and variances; collaborate with Operations for improvements.
• Lead monthly line meetings and walk the production floor daily.
• Ensure shifts align on safety, quality, and production goals.
