Conagra Brands in Honolulu, Hawaii seeks a Production Manager to direct plant personnel, coordinate raw material availability, ensure quality and safety, and meet production cost targets.

You will train and schedule staff, partner with HR on hiring and reviews, oversee OSHA compliance, monitor key metrics, and drive continuous improvement across the production floor.

The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and collaboration with maintenance and engineering to achieve plant objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Four to six years related experience in the food industry or equivalent.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials and regulations.
• Ability to write reports and present information to groups.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and supervises plant personnel and directs operations to meet quality and cost standards.
• Coordinate availability of raw materials and ensure production machinery meets demands.
• Develops, trains and schedules personnel to meet production demands.
