Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for 1st shift (7am-3pm) to support high-volume food production. You will operate mixers, ovens, filling and packaging lines, and set up machinery according to specifications.

The role requires adherence to SOPs and GMPs, attention to detail, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and prior food production experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; vocation training in food production is a plus.
• Ability to read safety rules, SOPs and maintenance instructions.
• Prior experience in food manufacturing or similar production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery such as mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment.
• Set up equipment per production specifications and monitor for issues.
• Perform quality checks on materials and finished products per SOPs and GMPs.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area; assist with waste disposal.
