Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Production Operator to support safe, efficient food production at our Duncanville, Texas facility. You will operate mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment, set up machinery, and monitor processes to ensure continuous, quality production.

You will conduct regular quality checks, follow SOPs and GMPs, maintain sanitation, keep accurate production records in Redzone, and collaborate with supervisors and quality staff to meet targets and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training or certification in food production is a plus.
• Familiarity with 食品 safety regulations and GMPs preferred.
• Ability to operate production equipment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment (mixers, ovens, filling and packaging).
• Set up machinery according to production specs and ensure proper function.
• Monitor equipment operation to maintain smooth production flow and troubleshoot issues.
