You will operate mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment, set up machinery, monitor processes, and support quality and sanitation in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include performing quality checks, following GMPs and SOPs, reporting deviations, and maintaining accurate production records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training is a plus.
• Experience in food manufacturing or similar production environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and SOPs.

Responsabilités

• Operate production machinery and equipment as specified.
• Set up machinery per production specs and ensure proper functioning.
• Monitor operation and troubleshoot issues to maintain flow.
• Conduct quality checks on materials and finished products.
• Follow GMPs and SOPs for packaging and labeling.
• Report deviations or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in the production area.
• Follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and participate in training.
• Maintain production records and assist with inventory tasks.
• Collaborate with team to meet targets and communicate handovers.
