Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery (mixers, ovens, filling and packaging) per specs.
• Monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous flow.
• Conduct quality checks on materials and finished products.
• Maintain sanitation and hygiene, follow sanitation procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE; report hazards.
• Record production data in logs and the Redzone system.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet targets.
