C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to ensure safe, efficient manufacturing of food products in Denton, Texas.

You will operate mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment, and assist with setup and troubleshooting to maintain smooth production flow. The role requires strict adherence to SOPs, GMPs, and OSHA safety standards, plus the ability to maintain cleanliness and document production activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training in food production preferred.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs, safety rules, and work instructions.
• Familiarity with GMPs and food safety practices.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment per specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods.
• Follow SOPs and GMPs for assembly, packaging, and labeling.
• Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area.
• Follow production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate production records in the reporting system (Redzone).
