Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training in food production is a plus.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery (mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment) per specifications.
• Set up machinery, monitor operation, and troubleshoot issues to sustain flow.
• Conduct quality checks on materials and finished products per SOPs and GMPs.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in the production area and proper waste disposal.
• Record production logs and inventory movements in the Redzone system.
• Collaborate with supervisors and QC to meet production targets; overtime as needed.
