C.H. Guenther & Son, a leading food manufacturer, seeks a Production Operator to ensure safe, efficient production aligned with quality standards. You will operate mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment, monitor processes, and maintain clean, sanitary conditions in the production area.

You’ll work with a team to meet production targets, follow SOPs and GMPs, and uphold OSHA safety guidelines. The role offers meaningful benefits and opportunities in a growing company with a long heritage.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow SOPs and GMPs.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (FSA, USDA) and quality assurance practices.
• Ability to operate production equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment (mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment).
• Set up machinery per production specs and monitor for smooth flow.
• Conduct regular quality checks on materials and products per SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area; dispose of waste per policies.
• Follow safety protocols (OSHA) and use PPE; participate in safety trainings.
